| Teachers Training Workshops (TTW)
Workshops
are conducted on a regular basis for teachers, school
administrators, educators, social workers, school psychologists
to introduce “My World and I” curriculum,
explain IEF methodology, provide first-hand experience
of teaching moral values to young people.
IEF Model School Programs
IEF
initiated a program to encourage schools to become IEF
model schools where IEF materials could be taught at
a school-wide level. IEF holds annual conferences for
educators and school principals who support the idea
of creating IEF model schools.
Until now IEF has officially awarded the Model School
title to two schools that successfully incorporated
IEF moral education course into their curriculum (Astana,
Kazakhstan, and Archangelsk region, Russia).
There are tens of other schools that are candidates
to become such model schools in South and Central Russia,
Moscow, St-Petersburg, as well as in Moldova, Ukraine
etc.

IEF Newspaper
The
Eurasian Times Russian language newspaper established
in 2001 provides a principled viewpoint on pressing
problems and major events.
The newspaper covers issues of education, family, youth,
non-profit organization and more, promoting family values
and a healthy life-style. The newspaper is being sold
and distributed in about 10 cities of Russia, from St.-Petersburg
to Far East.
A supplement to the newspaper called “Education
and Upbringing” is entirely dedicated to the issues
of moral education and IEF activities throughout the
continent to keep teachers and all IEF contacts informed
about its work.
A predecessor to this supplement was a newsletter Sincerely
Speaking, a simple black and white edition aimed at
disseminating information on IEF among educators.
